Our psychotherapy services may include individual support, group-based interventions, skill development, care coordination, relapse prevention planning, and culturally informed healing approaches.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns, behaviors, and emotional responses that may contribute to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and other behavioral health concerns.
CBT focuses on building practical coping skills, improving emotional regulation, strengthening problem-solving abilities, and helping individuals develop healthier ways of thinking and responding to stressors. Our team utilizes CBT-informed approaches to support recovery, emotional wellness, and improved daily functioning.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps individuals develop psychological flexibility by learning how to accept difficult emotions and experiences while committing to healthy behaviors and personal values.
ACT encourages mindfulness, emotional awareness, and values-based decision-making while helping individuals reduce avoidance behaviors and increase resilience. This therapeutic approach may support individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, substance use challenges, and stress-related concerns.
Group Therapy
Group therapy provides individuals with a supportive environment where they can connect with others, share experiences, develop coping skills, and strengthen recovery support systems. Group settings may focus on emotional regulation, communication skills, relapse prevention, stress management, trauma recovery, life skills, and peer support.
Our groups are designed to promote accountability, community connection, education, and healing while fostering a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.
Individual (1-on-1) Therapy
Individual therapy provides personalized support tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. Through one-on-one therapeutic sessions, individuals can explore emotional challenges, trauma, behavioral health concerns, relationship difficulties, stressors, and recovery goals in a confidential and supportive setting.
Our outpatient therapy services are trauma-informed, person-centered, and focused on helping individuals strengthen coping strategies, improve emotional wellness, and achieve greater stability in daily life.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured therapeutic approach designed to help individuals improve emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, and coping skills.
DBT may benefit individuals experiencing intense emotions, impulsive behaviors, trauma-related symptoms, self-destructive behaviors, anxiety, depression, or difficulty managing stress and relationships. Our team utilizes DBT-informed interventions to help individuals build healthier responses and increase emotional stability.
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized therapeutic approach commonly used to support individuals experiencing trauma-related symptoms, distressing memories, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress.
EMDR helps individuals process traumatic experiences in a safe and structured manner while reducing the emotional intensity associated with those experiences. This approach may support individuals working through trauma, grief, adverse life experiences, and other emotionally distressing events.
Talking Circles
Talking circles are culturally grounded group practices that promote healing, connection, communication, and mutual respect within a supportive community environment. Rooted in Indigenous traditions, talking circles provide individuals with an opportunity to share experiences, receive support, strengthen identity, and foster emotional wellness in a respectful and non-judgmental setting.
At Red Rock Behavioral Health, talking circles may be integrated into services for individuals who wish to participate in culturally informed healing and community-based support practices.
Case Management & Care Coordination
Case management and care coordination services help individuals navigate behavioral health systems, access community resources, and maintain continuity of care. Our team assists clients with connecting to appropriate medical, behavioral health, housing, vocational, educational, and recovery support services when clinically appropriate.
We also provide referral coordination for individuals who may require higher levels of care, including Serious Mental Illness (SMI) services, detoxification, substance use treatment programs, psychiatric services, and additional community supports.
Cultural Teachings & Mentorship
Red Rock Behavioral Health recognizes the importance of culture, identity, community, and lived experience in the healing process. Cultural teachings and mentorship services may provide individuals with opportunities to strengthen cultural connection, community involvement, traditional values, and personal growth through supportive guidance and culturally informed practices.
These services are designed to promote resilience, belonging, wellness, and positive community engagement for both Tribal and non-Tribal individuals seeking culturally respectful support.
Relapse Prevention & Safety Planning
Relapse prevention and safety planning services help individuals identify triggers, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and develop structured plans to support long-term recovery and behavioral health stability.
Safety planning may include identifying warning signs, support systems, coping strategies, crisis resources, and healthy behavioral interventions designed to reduce risk and promote ongoing wellness. Our team works collaboratively with clients to develop individualized plans that support recovery, safety, and continued progress toward treatment goals.
