Rose Ridley, CEO

Rose Ridley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RedRock Behavioral Health and Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Infinity Recovery. With more than a decade of experience in health and human services, Rose has dedicated her career to improving access to compassionate, person-centered care for individuals and families across California and Arizona.

Since 2011, Rose has worked extensively alongside the State of California through the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and the Department of Social Services (DSS), serving individuals with developmental disabilities and supporting programs that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

In 2023, Rose co-founded Infinity Recovery in San Diego, a dual-diagnosis substance use disorder treatment facility specializing in comprehensive care for individuals experiencing addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees operations and program development with a focus on clinical excellence, compliance, and patient-centered outcomes.

Building upon her commitment to expanding behavioral healthcare services, Rose founded RedRock Behavioral Health in Arizona to provide accessible outpatient mental health and behavioral health services to underserved communities. As Chief Executive Officer, she leads the organization’s strategic growth and mission to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care that empowers individuals on their path toward healing and recovery.

Miesha Berry, Program Director

Miesha Berry serves as the Program Director for Red Rock Behavioral Health, where she oversees the day-to-day operations that keep the clinic running smoothly and efficiently. With a background in bookkeeping, higher education, information technology, and behavioral health administration, she brings a unique combination of organizational, technical, and operational expertise to the team.

Miesha is passionate about creating systems and processes that support both staff and members. Her work includes coordinating clinic operations, supporting admissions and intake processes, assisting with regulatory and compliance initiatives, and helping ensure a positive experience for every person who walks through the door.

While the clinical team focuses on treatment and recovery, Miesha works behind the scenes to ensure the clinic remains organized, responsive, and prepared to meet the needs of the community. She takes pride in helping create an environment where staff can focus on providing quality care and members can focus on their recovery journey.

Audaine Becenti, Clinical Director

Audaine Becenti serves as Clinical Director, bringing over a decade of diverse healthcare leadership and clinical expertise to our executive team. With 11 years of frontline and administrative experience spanning psychiatric care, emergency medicine, correctional health, and community health, Audaine specializes in optimizing complex clinical operations, driving cross-functional team excellence, and building resilient healthcare systems.

As a proud member of the Navajo (Diné) Nation, Audaine is a passionate advocate for health equity and culturally responsive care models. Her unique, multifaceted background allows her to view healthcare delivery holistically, seamlessly balancing the rapid triage demands of acute environments with the nuanced requirements of behavioral health and preventive community wellness.

At the core of Audaine’s leadership philosophy is a commitment to workforce development and operational precision. By leveraging evidence-based practices and fostering collaborative, high-performing clinical teams, she ensures the highest standards of patient safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality. Driven by the Diné concept of Hózhó, Audaine operates on the principle that true organizational success is achieved when administrative efficiency and human empathy walk in harmony.

Jennifer Winski, LMSW, CPM

Jennifer Winski is an experienced social worker and behavioral health professional with a passion for helping individuals, families, and communities navigate life’s most difficult moments. Her work has spanned hospice care, corrections, child welfare, adult protective services, crisis intervention, and substance abuse treatment, giving her a broad and compassionate perspective on human services.

She received her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and is currently completing her Doctorate in Psychology at Walden University. As a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Public Manager, she combines clinical knowledge with strong leadership and management experience.

Over the years, she has served in both direct care and executive-level roles, providing therapy, conducting assessments, supervising teams, training staff across the state, and helping improve large-scale case management systems. She is recognized for her professionalism, strong communication skills, and commitment to creating supportive environments for both clients and colleagues.
